We recommend Downtown Indianapolis! We've dedicated downtown as our wedding hub since our venue is a little secluded. Please visit our "Travel" tab for information regarding our room block at a discounted rate. There are other amazing accommodations in Indy if you prefer something different, please reach out to Jordan and Emily and we'll be happy to provide recommendations.

Yes, Conservatory at Evergreen has ample free parking in their lot available. Indianapolis also has all ride share services. Please do not drink and drive. Please read the "Travel" tab for information regarding the provided shuttles.

If you've been invited for family photos prior to the ceremony please arrive at Conservatory at Evergreen no later than 4pm on July 5th. As a reminder, please RSVP for the shuttle service in your invitation if you plan to use the shuttle to transport to the venue for family photos. More information regarding the shuttles is within the "Travel" tab.

Dress code is Black-Tie Optional. The ceremony and reception are indoors and air-conditioned. The short cocktail hour is outside on a beautiful covered patio.
